辽河油田稠油集输技术现状及发展方向

Status quo in Heavy Oil Gathering Technology of Liaohe Oilfield and Its Development Trend

  • 摘要: 辽河油田所产的稠油品种繁多, 物性较差, 相对集输处理的难度较大。通过分析辽河油田稠油的特点, 总结出了单管加热、掺稀油降粘、平台拉油集中处理、裂化降粘采集输一体化、超稠油乳化降粘等适合辽河油田稠油特点的地面集输工艺和几种稠油脱水工艺流程。指出应在提高集输系统的密闭率、提高稠油的脱水温度等5个方面进行科技攻关, 保持稠油集输与处理技术的国际领先地位。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the physical property of heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield and summarizes the surface oil gathering processes suitable to this heavy oil, such as single-pipe heating, viscosity reduction by oil blending, centralized treatment of oil, cracking-viscosity reduction-production/gathering/transportation technique and super-viscosity oil, reducing viscosity emulsifying, also including some dehydration process of the heavy oil. It is pointed out that the scientific and technological study should be carried out in 5 aspects (increase the tightness rate of heavy oil gathering system and dehydration temperature of heavy oil etc.) to keep up the leading position in heavy oil gathering and treatment technology in the world.
