兰成渝管道杂质清除方案及应注意的问题

Program on Impurity Pigging of Filter for Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对兰成渝输油管道内杂质时常堵塞过滤器和减压阀时常影响管道输量这一问题,对兰成渝管道实际状况和现有设备运行可能性进行了分析,提出采用虚拟收球、改现有过滤器为免拆卸过滤器与各种清管器并用的方法,以循序渐进的安全方式清除管内杂质效果较好。并对清管过程中皮碗磨损、清管器的选用及发送顺序等问题提出了相应的解决措施和建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the filter and pressure release valve plugging. Based on the analysis results, some methods, such as "virtual pig receiving", replacing the original filter to dismount-free filter and utilizing pigs simultaneously, are put forward. The author consider that the remarkable result to clean the plugging impurity can be obtained by means of this method with following in order and advance step by step. The relative measures and suggestions on the pig wear, selection of pig and pig launching sequence are given out.
