靖边—上海输气管道的投产置换

The Gas Purging on Jingbian-Shanghai Gas Pipeline of West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 对西气东输靖边—上海输气管道段投产置换设计方案中涉及的置换顺序的制定、隔离球的选用、注氮温度和注氮量的确定及天然气推进速度等问题进行了分析探讨,提出了清管段先干线、后支干线、边线路、边站场的置换次序,不加隔离球,5 m/s的置换速度以及注氮量测算等是合适可行的,指出了解决置换过程存在的诸多问题的方法。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes the problems existed during the gas purging in Jingbian-Shanghai Gas Pipeline of West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, including the selection of purging sequence, determination of with/with-out-pig plan, determination of nitrogen injection point, nitrogen injection temperature and volume and selection of gas flowing velocity. The analytical results show that it is feasible that the gas purging sequence should be the trunkline first and then the branch line, plus stations without pigs at the purging velocity of 5 m/s based on the nitrogen injection calculations. For the problems in gas purging, the authors put forward instructive suggestions.
