中洛管道加热设备更换改造的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis on Replacement and Technical Improvement of Heating Equipments in ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对中洛管道热媒炉存在使用寿命短、运行费用高、设备附件故障率高等一些目前尚难解决的问题,提出了将热媒炉更换为直接加热炉的改造方案,并且分别从经济效益、安全性、环境影响三个方面对改造方案进行了可行性分析,结果表明,实施改造设计方案既可以减少维修费用,又能使管输热力参数达到规定要求,有效地保证了管道的安全平稳运行。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the short service life, high operating cost and high failure rate of heat medium heaters used in ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline, the improvement program to replace the heat medium heater to direct heater is put forward. The feasibility analysis on economic effect, safety and environment impact is made for the improvement program. The results show that implementing the program both cut down the repair cost and make the thermal parameters met the technical regulations, which can effectively ensure the safe operation of pipeline.
