Cathodic Protection Design for Mountainous Long-distance Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了埋地管道阴极保护设计选型的设计原理,通过对兰成渝成品油管道在某山区段的阴极保护电位检测及后期改造结果进行分析,指出长输管道的阴极保护设计应注重实地考察与调查研究,对特殊地段的阴极保护应采取针对性较高的特殊手段,尤其在山区的高土壤电阻率环境下的管道阴极保护应采用近阳极埋设的阴极保护技术,以保证阴极保护的可行性,提高其有效性,确保管道的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the design principle of cathodic protection for buried pipeline. Through detecting the CP potential of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing analyzing the technical reform results of CP, it is pointed out that the CP design of long-distance pipeline should lay stress on the on-the-spot investigation, the special technique take for CP in some mountainous pipe sections, especially for the pipeline at high soil resistivity, and the near-anode CP technique should be adopted in this soil environment in order to ensure the CP's availability and effectiveness to safely run the pipeline.
