X65与A105管道接头对焊工艺的研究

Study on Butt-welding Process of X65 and A105 Pipeline Joint

  • 摘要: 介绍了以具有代表性的X65与A105两种不同强度级别钢管的对接接头焊接工艺研究情况,并在试验分析两种钢材焊接性基础上,确定了其预热和层间温度,合理选择了焊接材料及坡口型式。同时根据Q/SYXQ18-2002《西气东输管道工程站内工艺管道施工与验收规范》和XQ-CS-JX-SPE-0010《站内管道系统焊接及检测技术条件》标准对所制定的焊接工艺进行了评定。研究结果表明,管口外观检查和射线检测合格,金相组织、拉伸试验、冲击试验等各项性能指标优良。

     

    Abstract: The butt-welding process on X65 and A105 pipe joint is introduced. This two steel pipe joints have different steel grade and strength. Based on experiment and analysis the weldability of the two joints, the preheating temperature is determined with rational welding material and bevel type. The welding process evaluation on the two joints is carried out on the basis of Q/SY XQ18-2002 《Station Process Pipeline Installation and Acceptance Code for West-to-East Pipeline Project》 and XQ-CS-JX-SPE-0010 《Station Pipeline System Welding and Inspection Technology Requirements》. The results show that the apparent inspection of pipe ends and X-ray detection are qualified with perfect indexes in metallography, tensile test and impact test.
