成品油管道蜡沉积倾向的实验分析

Experimental Analysis on Wax Deposition Tendency for Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为解决长输成品油管道在地温较低的季节输送高凝成品油时易出现混油大量增加的非正常混油变化的问题,在理论推导的基础上建立了成品油管道蜡沉积的理论模型,确定出成品油管道蜡沉积倾向与输油温度、输量和运行时间有关。并通过室内管流蜡沉积实验,分析了蜡沉积层倾向与输油温度、输量和运行时间的关系。运用sigmaplot软件建立了实验室蜡沉积倾向与各影响因素之间的计算公式,为成品油管道的实际操作提供了一定的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The products pipeline is always underground buried, the oil temperature is always the same with the surrounding temperature. It will produce wax deposit in winter when it is cold, there will be more unnormal contaminated produce when it is washed, resolved by followed oil. This paper establishes a wax deposition theoretical model for products pipeline, analyzes the relationship between wax deposition tendency and oil temperature, amount, time through wax deposition indoor experiment. The formula to calculate and analysis on the lab wax deposition tendency and different factors based on Sigmaplot software is established, which provides a theoretical base to actual operation of products pipeline.
