湛茂原油管道添加降凝剂运行室内研究

Experimental Study on the Oil Pipeline Running with PPD Beneficiated for Zhanjiang-Maoming Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 简述了湛茂管道添加降凝剂运行的室内研究情况。考察了加剂原油的静态稳定性,对于快速降温的影响以及用加剂油护管停输进行了研究,结果表明,湛茂原油管道采用加剂换热工艺能更好地保证热处理温度,降低原油凝点,实现管道安全间歇输送。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the experimental study on the oil pipeline running with PPD beneficiated for Zhanjiang-Maoming Oil Pipeline. The influence of quick temperature drop on the static stability of the oil with PPD beneficiated and anti-gelling the pipeline with PPD oil are examined. The results show that the heat exchange process with PPD beneficiated oil for Zhanjiang-Maoming Oil Pipeline can greatly ensure the heating treatment temperature and decrease condensation point to realize the safe intermittent transportation.
