埋地管道传热计算边界处理方法研究

The Research on Borderlines Disposal during the Thernal Calculation of Buried Pipelines

  • 摘要: 对埋地管道的圆形边界进行处理时,可以采用阶梯形折线来近似圆形边界,只要用最接近圆周的折线替代曲线,就完全可以保证结果的精确性,但是用这种方法进行网格划分时,计算繁琐,而且程序的通用性不好。采用方形边界替代圆形边界,通过与用折线替代圆周的方法进行比较,求得的热流密度值误差仅2%左右,其结果表明,用方形边界近似管道的圆周边界可以满足精度要求,有效简化了埋地管道的传热计算过程。

     

    Abstract: On disposal of the circle borderlines, one of the ways is to use broken lines instead of the circle borderlines, if the broken lines are near the circle enough, the accuracy of the result can be ensured. But during the dividing of the grids, the calculation is complicated, and the sequences can not be used commonly. In the article, the rectangular borderlines are used instead of the circle ones. On the comparison of the two ways, the results are satisfied, and it simplifies the sequence of thermal calculation on buried pipelines.
