湿气输送管道爆裂原因分析与整改措施

Analysis on Fracture of Wet Gas Pipeline and its Counterineasure

  • 摘要: 系统分析了达县—卧龙河湿气管道爆裂的原因和干气管道内硫化铁粉尘产生的原因及其危害。指出提高施工质量是保证输气管道安全运行的关键, 采用干气输送技术是提高管道输送效率、延长管道使用寿命的有效手段。针对减少管内粉尘、加强干气输送管道技术管理等问题, 提出了可行性建议。

     

    Abstract: The fracture of Daxian-Wolonghe River Wet Gas Pipeline and the hazards of ferric sulfide powder produced in dry gas pipeline are analyzed in detail. It is pointed out that the construction quality of gas pipeline is vital to the future safe operation of wet/dry gas pipelines. The effective manner to increase pipeline transportation productivity and elongate the service life of pipeline is to adopt the dry gas transmission technology. In the light of lowering the ferric sulfide powder of pipeline and enhancing the technology.
