双螺杆泵螺旋套的改造与应用效果

Renovation on Spiral Casing of Twin-screw Pump and Application

  • 摘要: 介绍了双螺杆泵的构造和工作原理, 分析了双螺杆泵流量与压力的相互影响和变化关系。对同一规格的产品, 指出可以采用增大螺旋角的方法提高其流量。对双螺杆泵螺旋套现场改造实例进行了分析, 证明该方法具有可行性和实效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of twin-acrew pump, analyzes the interactive influence and variation between flow rate and pressure of this pump. It is pointed out that for the same specification of the pump, to enlarge the screw angle can increase its flow rate. The site test is made on the renovated pump and it is considered that the renovation method is feasible and effective.
