鹤管气阻问题及其解决措施

Unloading Crane-form Pipeline Air-lnck and its Solution

  • 摘要: 油罐车在高温季节和高原地区接卸汽油时经常产生鹤管气阻现象, 导致罐车下部的油料不能下卸。针对这一问题, 分析了鹤管气阻产生的机理, 提出了鹤管气阻的几种校核方法。根据分析与研究结果, 提出了提高当地大气压力、减小液体的气化压力、降低鹤管油料的流速和鹤管阻力损失等消除鹤管气阻的措施。

     

    Abstract: This article expatiates the air-lock principle of unloading crane-form pipeline and introduces the check meaning and method for the air-lock. The measures to increase the local atmosphere pressure, lower the gasification pressure of liquid, lower the liquid flow rate and drag coefficient of unloading crane-form pipeline are presented based on analysis results.
