两点法电位检测储罐底板阴极保护效果评价

The Double-point Potential Monitoring for Tank Bottom Catbodic Protection Effect Estimating Technique

  • 摘要: 针对深井阳极对储罐底板阴极保护数值模拟中存在的缺陷, 提出了一种根据典型电流密度分布假设求解保护电位的方法。根据阴极保护体系物理模型, 近似计算了深井阳极极化电位, 数值计算结果与现场实测电位数据的对比结果验证了数值方法的可靠性。通过计算, 确定了单支深井阳极完全有效保护的临界储罐直径。根据数值计算结果, 提出了两点法的电位检测储罐底板阴极保护效果评价技术。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the prevenient defaule in tank bottom eathodie protection numerical simulation using deep-well anode, neglecting the inconsecutivencss of the calculation environmental medium, the distinctness of the restriction conditions in metal material polarized potential curve experiment resulted in potential cal- based on one typical current density distribution hypothesis, the soil and the bitumen-sand groundwork composed the calculation environmental medium, approximately calculating polarized potential of the deep-well anode base on the cathodic protection physical model. This paper compares the field testing data with numerical result, proves the reliability of numerical method, studies the critical diameter tank which single deep-well anode can absolutely and effectively protect (equal to 56 m), develops the estimating technique of technique.
