忠武输气管道桁架梁式跨越设计的改进

Improvement on Truss Overhead Crossing Design for Zhongxian Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对忠武输气管道大溪沟跨越桁架梁结构设计方案中的承重弦面、断面形式、截面高度以及钢管壁厚等进行改进, 使桁架梁式管桥的受力更加合理, 并且结构轻巧实用, 施工简单。结合以往工程设计经验和相关理论依据, 对桁架梁式管桥的设计提出了采用方钢管连接和组合形式的建议。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the improvement on the truss overhead crossing design scenario for Zhongxian Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline. The improvement of truss structure includes the load hypotenuse, cross sectional type, section height and thickness of pipe. The improved truss pipeline bridge structure is more rational in stressed type with light and practical use and easy to construct, Based on the successful design experiences and relevant theory, the authors put forward the suggestion that the square steel pipe connection and combination patterns should be adopted in the design of truss pipeline bridge.
