天然气水合物的成因分析及处理措施

Analysis on the Origin of Natural Gas Hydrate and its Elimination

  • 摘要: 从天然气最初的开采、集输到管道输送的整个过程中, 天然气水合物的不利影响一直存在。输气管道的实际运行情况证明, 天然气水合物不仅腐蚀管道, 而且在气温较低时, 容易形成冰堵, 严重时会造成管道爆裂, 从而影响输气管道的安全平稳运行。重点分析了水合物的形成原因以及对安全生产、运输造成的影响, 并就目前的处理技术、措施进行了归纳总结。

     

    Abstract: The existence of the gas hydrate not only menaces to the gas pipeline, but also easy to form the ice blocking especially at the lower air temperature. If the ice blocking is serious, it will cause the accident of pipe explosion, which will affect the safety and stability of pipeline transportation badly. The origin of gas hydrate existence and its impact on production safety and pipeline transportation are analyzed. Moreover, this article summarizes the current techniques and measures on how to deal with the gas hydrate.
