提升低压输气管道操作压力的方法

Method to Increase Operating Pressure for Low-pressure Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为适应气田开发和川气东输调配需求, 改善威五输气管道长期低于设计压力运行的现状, 根据美国ASME B31.8—1997标准和现场实际, 确定了在役管道提升操作压力的施工工序, 并结合其具体施工步骤, 指出了在提升管道压力施工中应采取的安全技术措施和注意事项。

     

    Abstract: To meet the needs of gas field development and gas resource regulation for the gas to the eastern Sichuan and to increase the operating pressure for Weiwu Gas Pipeline (original design pressure is 4. 0 MPa, the actual pressure is 0. 1 - 1. 2 MPa due to mountain and high way crossing), the in-line pressure increasing program is made based on ASME B31. 8- 1997. According to the site increasing work requirements, safety measures and operation procedure are put forward.
