管道水平定向钻穿越技术的特征分析

Characteristic Analysis on Huaihe River Pipeline Crossing by Horizontal Directional Drilling Technology

  • 摘要: 简述了驻马店—信阳天然气输气管道淮河水平定向穿越施工的地质条件和设备的配置, 介绍了管道水平钻进的入射角、出口角、曲率半径和深度等设计要素的确定方法, 分析了导向钻孔、扩孔、回拖受力的特点和计算方法, 并针对施工技术难点提出了相应的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes utilizing the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technology to cross Huaihe River for Zhumadian-Xinyang Gas Pipeline. The geological condition and allocation of drilling equipment are introduced. The design factors in angle of arrival, angle of outlet, curvature radius and depth of drilling are determined. The stressed property of pilot drilling, reaming and pull-back and calculation method are analyzed. The relevant solution to technical issues is presented.
