纵向翅片管式换热器的失效分析及改造措施

Failure Analysis on Longitudinal Finned Heat Exchanger and Technical Reform

  • 摘要: 以埕岛油田中心二号平台纵向翅片管式原油/热媒换热器技术改造为例, 分析了纵向翅向管式换热器常见的3种失效形式, 并指出了其相应的改进措施。改造后的运行效果表明, 纵向翅片管式换热器的使用寿命是改造前的2倍, 且运行平稳。

     

    Abstract: Take the technical reform on longitudinal finned tubular oil/heating agent heat exchanger operated in # 2 Platform of Chengdao Oilfield Center as an example, this paper analyzes 3 failure modes of this kind of heater and presents relative improvement measures. The operation efficiency for the improved device shows that the service life is 2 times of unimproved exchanger with a high operating stability.
