Inspection and Investigation on Heater Corrosion

  • 摘要: 对东临复线滨州输油站1号加热炉腐蚀状况进行了检测与调查, 介绍了1号加热炉辐射段炉管及对流段弯头的腐蚀过程, 分析了造成该加热炉炉管和弯头腐蚀的主要原因, 对加热炉在运行和检修过程中应注意的事项提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The inspection and investigation are carried out on the corrosion of #1 Heater in Binzhou Pump Station in DongLin Parallel Oil Pipeline, an analysis on the corrosion cause of heater tubes and bends are conducted. The suggestions on the operation of heater and maintenance program are put forward.
