大口径管道山区运管设备的选择及应用

Selection and Adoption on Pipe Towing Machinery for Construction of Mountainous Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为解决山区坡段大口径钢管遇到的运管困难等问题, 介绍了缆索起重机、钢管轨道车、运管爬车等几种运管设备。阐述了缆索起重机的组成及工作原理, 给出了外选设备的选型方法、性能参数及计算公式。并与国内架空索道在线路原理、运输工艺和设备组成方面进行了比较, 针对我国管道施工的特点提出了见解。

     

    Abstract: The construction of mountainous pipeline is difficult for pipe towing. This paper recommends some towing machineries, such as steel cable-lift, pipe rail-carrier and pipe crawling-carrier suitable for mountainous use. The structure and work principle of steel cable-lift is described, the selection way of machinery, its performance and parameters, as well as calculation method are given. The comparison on the domestic other aerial rigging route in operation principle, delivery way and machinery component is carried out, and the viewpoint on the characteristics of mountainous pipeline construction is presented.
