输气管道球阀的正确安装及内泄漏检测

The Correct Installation of Ball Valve and Internal Leak Detection for Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对输气管道球阀在运行中经常出现密封面受损、阀门漏气等现象, 提出了管道球阀在安装过程中应注意的一些问题, 给出了3种球阀泄漏检测方法, 采用这些方法, 可有效地降低管道事故, 确保输气管道安全运行。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the sealing surface damage and gas leak of valve of gas transmission pipeline, the problems to be focused on in ball valve installation are presented. The three methods to detect the gas leak of ball valve are given. The authors consider that to adopt these methods, the pipeline accident can be effectively avoided.
