热油管道站间摩阻的数值计算

Numerical Calculation on Frictional Resistance of Stations-intersite for Hot Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过分析有流型流态改变时热输原油管道的热力特性和流动特性, 将各加热站间的管路划分区间, 对各个区间分别采用了不同的摩阻特性公式, 应用数值积分方法进行站间摩阻损失计算, 并且采用二分法来确定流态转变的临界温度, 编制了计算程序, 进行了实例计算。

     

    Abstract: With the analysis of hot oil pipeline heat and flow characteristics, the pipeline between heating stations is divided into different parts and different frictional resistance equations based on these parts and numerical solution are used. The dichotomy method is adopted to determine the critical temperature of flow pattern variation. The computer program is made and case calculation is given.
