Abstract: A technical analysis on the current gas resource of Jingxi-Xi'an Gas Pipeline is made. According to the analytical results, the operators of the pipeline work out the winter peaking operating program optimize the gas supply manner from the gas resource and work out the gas utilization principle for downstream users and winter peaking optimal operating mode, which reasonably utilizes the current gas resource. The actual operation of the pipeline shows that the optimization program can effectively increase the productivity of pipeline, cut down operating cost and ensure safe operation in winter.
