含蜡原油屈服应力的研究进展及分析

The Research of Yield Stress of Waxy Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 屈服应力是含蜡原油的一个重要流变性质, 它能够表征含蜡原油的胶凝强度和含蜡原油管道停输再启动的难易程度。回顾了屈服应力的研究进展情况, 分析了含蜡原油屈服应力的各个影响因素, 包括原油经历的热历史、剪切历史、原油组成以及静置时间等。总结和分析了屈服应力测量的主要方法。测量系统的几何尺寸、壁面性质以及时间等因素均会对屈服应力测量值产生影响。就屈服应力认识和研究中存在的问题提出了若干建议。

     

    Abstract: Yield stress is an important rheological property of waxy crude oil. It can represent the gel strength of waxy crude oil and the extent of difficulty of restart of pipeline in shut-down. The research advances in yield stress are reviewed. The influence factors of yield stress of waxy crude oil are analyzed. They mainly include the heat history, shear history, the composition and the holding time. There are mainly two groups of measurement methods of yield stress, i. e. the direct method and indirect method. All kinds of measure ment methods are summarized and analyzed. Some factors such as the geometry dimensions of measurement system, wall property and time influence the measurement result of the yield stress. According to the problems in the cogitation and research, some suggestions are proposed.
