对成品油管道中沉积物的分析

Test and Analysis on Sediment in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对成品油管道中沉积物的测定方法进行了论述, 并给出了测定结果。通过对成品油管道中沉积物的分析, 得出了沉积物形成的原因, 总结归纳出一套分析测试管道中沉积物行之有效的方法。对过滤器的堵塞问题提出了改进措施。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the sediment produced in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline, the test and analysis on the sediment are carried out, aiming at knowing the constitution, component and hazards of the sediment to the pipeline. The test on the organic matter and inorganic matter is made. The test and analysis results show that the ferric oxide takes 69.7% of total amount in the sediment, which is main reason of filter plugging. According to the analytical results, the effective analysis method on the sediment is summa- rued, and the improvement measures to eliminate the filter plugging is put forward.
