漏磁技术在储罐钢板腐蚀检测中的应用

The Application of MFL Technology in Corrosion Detection of Tank Plate

  • 摘要: 概述了漏磁检测技术的特性及其检测原理。介绍了用于地上立式圆筒形钢制储罐钢板板面腐蚀检测的LCTS-1储罐漏磁探伤仪的结构、技术性能和检测流程, 并通过实例对检测曲线的应用进行了分析。实际检漏效果表明, LCTS-1储罐漏磁探伤仪不仅可以检测出储罐钢板上的表面腐蚀缺陷, 而且还能够很好地检测到罐底板及罐顶板下表面存在的腐蚀缺陷。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the performance and detection principle of MFL technology, the structure, technical property and detection process of LCTS-1 leak detector used to detect plate corrosion for the vertical aboveground tank are described. The case analysis on the detection curve is made. The practical leak detection results show that this kind of detector not only finds out corrosion defects on the surface of tank plate, but also detects the corrosion defects on the reverse surface of bottom plate and top plate of oil tank.
