油气水综合处理实验室的改建及应用

Technical Reform and Application of Oil-Gas-Water Comprehensive Treatment Laboratory

  • 摘要: 阐述了改建胜利油田油气水综合处理实验室的具体内容。列举了应用改建后的油气水综合处理实验室进行试验研究所获得的5项科研成果。应用效果表明, 改建后的油气水综合处理实验室实现了试验介质模拟化、试验流程通用化、试验过程自动化、测试手段现代化, 自控水平高、技术先进的实验室可有效促进科技成果向实用化发展的进程。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes concretely the technical reform items of oil-gas-water comprehensive treatment laboratory of Shengli Oilfield, and lists 5 achievements in scientific experiment and study by the reformed laboratory. Actual application shows that the reformed laboratory realizes test medium simulation, test process flow universalization, test process automatization and measurement technique modernization depending on the reformed laboratory. It is considered that the laboratory with high level of automatic control and advanced technology will effectively promote the study achievements to practicality.
