长输管道阴极保护参数自动采集系统

Automatic Data Acquisition System of Cathodic Protection for Long-distance Oil and Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对长输管道阴极保护参数采集费时、费力等问题, 研究开发了一套长输管道阴极保护参数自动采集系统, 该系统主要由数据接收中心、数据采集系统、无线传输系统和电源供电系统组成。介绍了该系统的工作原理、性能以及现场试验结果等, 现场试验表明, 该系统采集及传输数据可靠, 有效传输距离超过4 000 m, 误差小于1%, 且系统运行稳定。

     

    Abstract: To increase the measuring accuracy of standard orifice flowmeter, the design, manufacture, test and installation on the throttle instruments of standard orifice flowmeter are carried out based on the domestic code of SY/T 6143-1996, and a kind of calculation software for the design of united standard orifice flowmeter and types selection of instrument. The authors consider that the following measures as applying the replaceable orifice instrument and set value throttling instrument, adopting reasonable flow rate totalizing method, eliminating the, factor of pulsating flowing, regularly retrogressing the metering value, carrying necessary training and establishing and improving metering regulations and system can effectively increase the metering accuracy of standard orifice flowmeter.
