长输液体管道泄漏检测方案的选择

Selection on Leak Detection Scenario of Long-distance Liquid Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了在长输液体管道上应用的各种泄漏检测技术及其优缺点, 以库鄯原油管道和兰成渝成品油管道为例, 综合分析了管道工艺、设备、SCADA系统、通信系统以及投资等多方面因素对管道泄漏检测的影响, 为长输管道泄漏检测方案的选择及确定提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces different leak detection techniques used in long-distance liquid pipelines and their characteristics. Take Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline and Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline as examples, the author analyzes comprehensively the influencing factor in transportation process, equipments, SCADA system, communication system and investment on leak detection techniques of the pipeline. It is considered that the analytical results can provide a technical support on the selection and determination of leak detection scenarios to long-distance liquid pipelines.
