大庆加剂原油重复加热与冷却研究

Study on Reheating and Cooling for Daqing PPD-beneficiated Oil

  • 摘要: 介绍了大庆加剂原油流变性得到的改善程度, 确定了加剂改性原油重复加热的含义及重复加热的温度区间, 以快速冷却及模拟现场慢速降温冷却方式, 经多次重复加热试验, 验证了在确定的温度区间内, 重复加热对加剂改性原油流变性无影响, 并对重复加热对加剂改性原油中重结晶蜡晶的破坏进行了论述。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the Daqing PPD-beneficiated Oil, the systematic experiment, the rapid cooling and simufated field slow cooling as well as reheating, is carried out. The experiment results show that the reheating does not affect the rheology of PPD-beneficiated oil in the determined temperature interval.
