用改进混沌综合法实现热油管道的优化设计

摘要: 由于热油管道的建设投资和运营费用巨大, 因而采用新技术进行优化设计, 对于降低费用和缩短设计时间具有重要的意义。建立了热油管道优化设计的数学模型, 采用改进混沌综合法对该模型进行优化求解。通过算例与其它优化算法(方案比较法、复合形法、改进混沌法) 的对比表明, 采用该算法可节省工程投资, 降低设计成本, 缩短设计时间。Abstract: Because the investment of construction and operational cost is massive for the hot crude oil pipeline. adopting new technique of optimization design is significant to reduce cost and shorten time of design. The author presents a mathematical model Lor the optimal design of the hot crude oil pipeline. The model is a constrained nonlinear optimization problem with mixed discrete variables. So, the thesis adopts improved chaotic synthetic algorithm in solving the model. It is proved that using this algorithm can gain the least annual converted cost and shorten design time in 1 to 2minutes by way of example and contrast with other optimization algorithm(project contrast algorithm, complex algorithm, improved chaotic algorithm).
