任京输油管道停输再启动工艺方案比选

Scenario Comparison and Selection on Shut down and Restart Technology for Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对任京输油管道停输再启动3种工艺方案的比选, 比较了任京输油管道原油的加热方式, 确定采用直接加热方式, 并根据几种工艺方案的比较结果, 优选出了最合理的停输再启动方案, 即加压、加热正反输工艺方案, 以保证向任丘炼厂全年安全输油50×104 t。

     

    Abstract: Three technical scenarios of shut down and restart for Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline are compared, including the oil heating methods, and the direct heating method is considered as the best one. On the basis of comparison results, the optimal scenario, the forward and reverse pumping heating transportation technology, are selected, which can provide a technical support to transport oil to Renqiu Oil Refinery with a capacity of 50×104 t/a.
