临济复线原油管道能耗分析与计算

The Energy Consumption Analysis and Calculation for Proposed Linyi-Ji'nan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对拟建的临济复线原油管道进行了能耗分析与计算, 得出了聚氨酯泡沫塑料在现有土质及埋地湿度较大条件下的传热系数和实际有效厚度, 以及埋地输油管道保温与不保温的实际能耗值, 并对其能耗值进行了经济分析。分析结果表明, 敷设保温管道的综合经济效益优于非保温管道, 且生产安全性较强。

     

    Abstract: The energy consumption and calculation are made on proposed Linyi--Ji' nan Oil Pipeline. The heat transfer coefficient and actual effective thickness of polyurethane foam insulator in current soil and heavy soil humidity are obtained, as well as actual energy consumption value for the buried pipeline under the con- dition of insulation and non-insulation. The economic analysis on the energy consumption value shows that the comprehensive profits of insulated pipeline are betfer than that of non-insulated pipeline with high safety.
