天然气管道双层熔结环氧粉末防腐体系的应用

Application of Dual—layer Fusion Bonded Epoxy Anticorrosion System in Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了双层熔结环氧粉末防腐体系防腐层的特点、涂层实现的技术指标、施工工艺、技术优势、应用范围, 叙述了双层熔结环氧粉末防腐体系在国内外天然气管道工程中的应用情况和涂敷施工企业现状, 指出该体系的核心是面层熔结环氧粉末材料技术, 并介绍了其国内外的技术现状和生产情况。

     

    Abstract: Dual—layer fusion bonded epoxy(Dual—layer FBE)anticorrosion system has caught attentions of pipe— line engineers for its excellent properties and comparative low cost.This paper introduces the layer structures, technical indexes, production process, advantages and application categories of the dual layer FBE system.Some applications of the dual—layer FBE system in gas pipeline proj eet in China and abroad are presented.The coating companies for the dual—layer FBE are given in detail.An analysis shows that the core technique for this system is the epoxy powder for the out layer.The progress and production status for the outer FBE coating are discussed.
