任京输油管道加降凝剂正反输现场试验

Forward Transportation and Reverse Pumping Experiment on PPD-benefitedOil in RenJing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 任京输油管道加降凝剂正反输现场试验测量结果证明, 当加剂原油达到要求的处理温度时, 正反输运行不会使加剂处理效果明显变差。以改变了输油方向后的原油温度及输量估算了管道有效管内径, 并根据管道运行中等效传热系数和加剂原油流动性改善效果估计了采用加剂单向输送所要求的最低输量。对加剂输送和正反输运行作了初步经济比较。

     

    Abstract: Forward transportation and reverse pumping experiment (FT/RP) on PPD-benefited Oil in RenJingOil Pipeline is made.The test results show that the forward transportation and reverse pumping technique will not obviously lower the PPD's effectiveness when the temperature of PPD-benefited oil meets the requirements that the experiment determined.The effective inner diameter of pipeline is estimated based on the temperature and throughput of oil varied the flowing direction.The minimum throughput of pipeline required for one—direction PPD-benefited oil transportation is calculated on the basis of equivalent heat transfer coefficient and the effectiveness of flowability for modified oil.The initial economic comparison is carried out for the pipeline operation on the FT/RP—based way.
