硫与硫醇反应对喷气燃料银片腐蚀的研究
Study on Silver Coupon Corrosion from the Reaction of Sulphur and Mercaptan for Jet Fuel

摘要: 针对硫及硫化物含量配比对喷气燃料银片腐蚀的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明, 不同浓度的元素硫, 对银片的腐蚀程度不同, 腐蚀银片颜色呈现不同程度的黑色; 元素硫溶液中含有硫醇时, 腐蚀银片颜色呈现多样性。元素硫与硫醇共存于喷气燃料中, 其腐蚀级别随时间变化而有所不同。通过进一步试验发现, 烯烃类化合物经光照后生成的过氧化物, 对硫化物银片腐蚀有一定的抑制作用。Abstract: The experiment on the silver coupon corrosion by different proportion of sulphur and sulphide for jet fuel is made. The test results show that the corrosion amount on the silver coupon from elementary sulfur with different density is not the same, the color of silver coupon cannot be an individual black; when elementary sulfur solution contains mercaptan, the color of corroded silver coupon appears multi-color. The elementary sulfur and mercaptan concur in jet fuel and the corrosion level varies as the time. The further experiment shows that olefin compound will produce peroxide when exposed to sunlight, which will inhibit silver corrosion of sulfide to an extent.
