Review on the Development Process and Prediction on Pipeline Heater in China

  • 摘要: 我国大型输油管道加热炉控制系统经历了三代发展过程, 从开始的完全人工手动控制到多回路控制器自动控制, 再到现在广泛采用的PLC与工控机结合的自动控制。随着现代控制理论、智能控制理论和图像处理方法的不断成熟和工业化, 我国加热炉控制系统将在容错控制能力、故障诊断能力、系统集成分析能力、智能化、安全性、高效性、风险评估能力等方面不断提高和发展, 从而使加热炉各项功能更趋完善。

     

    Abstract: The heater control system of large-scale pipeline has undergone three-stage changes, that is, from initiatory man-control to auto-control of multi-loop controller, then to auto-control of PLC and industry computer. With the development and industrialization on modern control, intelligent control and image pro- cessing techniques, the heater control system in China will be improved on fault tolerant control capacity, fault diagnosis capacity, system integration analyzing capacity, intelligent capacity, security, high-effect, risk evaluating, which will make the heater control system more perfect.
