用技术创新建设世界一流管道工程

To Construct the World-class Pipeline Engineering with the Innovatory Technology Concept

  • 摘要: 从理论上阐述了以技术创新理念建设大型管道工程的必要性, 认为技术创新是促进经济增长和产业发展的有效手段, 是提高企业经济效益的根本途径。以西气东输管道工程建设为例, 进一步阐明了该大型管道建设在技术创新理念指导下, 在管道自动焊接、高级钢材的选用、管道内涂技术、大型河流穿越等7个方面取得的突出成就。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes theoretically the necessity for constructing the large-scale pipeline engineering with the concept of innovatory technology. It is considered that the technology innovation is an effective means to promote economy growth and industry development and key ways to increase the economic profits of enterprise. Take the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Engineering as an example, the author deeply expounds the concept of innovatory technology with the outstanding achievement in the construction of engineering in pipeline automatic welding, selection of high-grade of pipeline steel, internal coating technology and river crossing.
