Abstract: Based on the operation demand of Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Oil Pipeline, a special offtake Scheduling Software is developed, which consists of three individual modules, the input of initial data, offtake scheduling and output. The site application shows that this scheduling software is characterized by practical, convenient and effective in programming and generating the offtake scheduling.
