管道硫化氢应力腐蚀破裂的原因分析

SCC Caused by H2S of Main Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 采用SEM、TEM、EDX及金相分析等手段, 对某气田集气干线工程的输气管道一直管与弯管焊接处发生爆裂件进行了取样分析, 发现该集气管道破裂失效属硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂, 裂纹起源于焊缝附近的直管母材内壁, 与该直管的淬火、回火态的贝氏体+马氏体组织相关。

     

    Abstract: A broken gas pipeline is analyzed by means of SEM, TEM, EDX and optic metallography. It is testified that the main reason of the fracture is SCC resulted from H2S.
