压气站YH-901气相缓蚀剂的研制与应用

Development and Application of YH-901 Gas Phase Corrosion Inhibitor in Gas Compressor Station

  • 摘要: 分析了某压气站离心机组及输气管网腐蚀产生的原因, 研制开发出了YH-901气相缓蚀剂。介绍了该缓蚀剂试验测定方法及现场试验, 通过对各种防腐蚀方案进行经济比较表明, 输气系统中应用YH-901缓蚀剂可减缓硫化物和二氧化碳对设备和管道的腐蚀, 降低其腐蚀速度, 保证压气站的安全生产。

     

    Abstract: A gas phase corrosion inhibitor, YH-901 inhibitor, is developed to apply to some gas compressor system and gas transmission pipeline network. The test measurement method of the inhibitor and field testing are described. The economic comparison between corrosion plans show that the corrosion of sulphide and carbon dioxide to compressing machineries and pipeline networks can be inhibited and the corrosion rate can also be lowered.
