Development and Application of PIPEWAY-S DRA for Products Oil

  • 摘要: PIPEWAY-S溶液型胶状成品油减阻剂的研制是在以往传统溶液聚合反应的基础上引入粘度降低剂, 并通过优化筛选试验获得了包括使用性能和减阻性能在内的综合考察指标优良的减阻剂样品, 经抚顺石化公司抚顺-鲅鱼圈成品油管道的工业应用试验结果表明, PIPEWAY-S成品油减阻剂在加量为50 mg/kg的条件下, 可以使试验管道的输量从设计输量240×104t/a提高到320×104t/a, 增输率达到33%。

     

    Abstract: The viscosity reduction additive is introduced into the reaction system based on the traditional solution polymerization method and the gel type products oil drag reducing agent, PIPEWAY-S, is developed. Through optimized screening tests, the DRA samples are prepared in laboratory, which shows remarkable drag reduction and application capabilities and other eminent integrated performances. The industrial test of middle-scale DRA products are carried out in the Fushun-Bayuquan Products Oil Pipeline. The test results indicate that under the DRA dosage of 50 mg/kg, the pipeline throughput can be lifted from design capacity of 240×104 t/a to 320×104 t/a, 33% increase is achieved.
