大型原油储罐的有限元强度分析

Finite Element Intensity Analysis for Large Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 采用有限元分析方法对12.5×104m3大型外浮顶式原油储罐在水压试验时的工况进行了分析, 得到了储罐各部位的应力分布。借鉴压力容器分析设计标准进行了应力评定, 结果表明, 储罐在最高液位下可以安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Finite element analysis method is used to analyze a 12.5× 104 m3 large floating roof oil tank with the topmost hydraulic state and the stress distribution of all parts is obtained. The pressure vessel analysis design code is used to assess the tank's stress and the result indicates that all parts of the tank is safe. The analysis provides the technology support for the use of the tank.
