Automatic Protection of Temperature-limit for GW 5000 Direct Heater

  • 摘要: 针对铁秦输油管道GW5000型直接炉在半自动模式运行中炉前泵突停和出炉温度超高(不小于70℃)引发炉管烧漏、爆炸等重大事故, 指出在不影响软件程序的同时, 通过改进现场在用仪表和辅助元件, 增设甲管原油出炉温度超高的自动停炉和炉前泵停泵的双重自动保护功能, 可有效弥补炉前泵停运与加热炉停运的连锁功能。实际应用表明, 改进后的GW5000型直接炉实现了多重自动保护。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the necessityand importance to establish the function of automatic protection of temperature limit for GW 5000 direct heater used in Tieling-Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline. The technical improvement shows that the safe operation of GW 5000 direct heater is ensured with the newly-set up function. Furthermore, the improved GW 5000 direct heater realizes multiple protection function.
