防火涂料在油气管道和储罐中的应用

Study on Fire Retardant Coatings Applying for Oil and Pipeline

  • 摘要: 利用防火涂料对油气管道、储罐进行防火保护是一种经济、易行、方便的火灾防护方法。以传热学原理为基础, 分析了防火涂料的防火保护原理, 讨论了防火涂料在油气管道、储罐中的使用要求和应用设计原则。运用层次分析法系统地提出了油气管道、储罐防火涂料的选用原则、选型的指标要求以及优选方法。

     

    Abstract: The method of oil tank and pipeline protected by using fire retardant coatings in chemical plant is an economical, wieldy and convenient fireproofing method. The fireproof principle of fire retardant coatings is analyzed in terms of theory of heat transfer. The requirement and design of fire retardant coatings using in oil tank and pipeline in chemical plant are discussed. The selective fundamental, guideline and method are put forward making use of analytic hierarchy process.
