管道土壤腐蚀速率测试方法

A Method to Measure the Soil Corrosive Rate of Pipe Material

  • 摘要: 在电阻法的基础上, 通过改进测试技术, 建立了一种可以获得可靠管材土壤腐蚀速率数据的测试方法。这种方法的主要特点是, 可以采用较大尺寸的腐蚀试样; 能够在较短的试验期间内获得稳定的腐蚀速率, 测试精度高, 可以达到0.3 μm; 对于管材的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀均能进行测试和分析。

     

    Abstract: Based on the resistance method, a method to measure the soil corrosive rate of pipe material reliably is established through improving measuring technology in the paper. This method possesses the following characteristics: (a) a larger sample may be used; (b) a steady corrosive rate can be obtained in a short time and the measuring precision up to 0.3 microns is very high and (c) both general and local corrosive rate can be measured and analyzed using this method.
