干线快速载断阀压降速率设定值的确定方法

The Determination Method of Proper Value of Pressure Drop Rate Pipe for the Fast Block Valve on Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据输气管道安全的需要, 对干线快速截断阀压降速率设定值的确定方法进行了研究。提出了用有限元方法解管道瞬态流动的偏微分方程组, 并用稳态流和瞬态流相结合的方法来模拟管道发生泄漏时的流动状态, 进而求得干线快速截断阀合适的压降速率设定值。给出了详细的算法和用所编制的工程软件计算的实例。

     

    Abstract: For the safety of gas transmission in long distance pipeline, the method regarding how to get the proper value of pressure drop rate for the fast block valve on pipeline is studied. The finite element method is used to solve the partial differential equations for the transient flow problem. And both steady and transient flow models are used to simulate the pipe flow when the leakage is occurred suddenly. Then the practical set up value of pressure drop rate are calculated. The detail algorithm is derived in the paper and several examples are calculated using the generated software.
