中小型石油库(站)CAD系统设计模块的集成

Realization and Integration of Hydraulic Computation and Pump Station Design in CAD System for Medium-or-small-sized Oil Tank Farm and Filling Station

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种中小型石油库(站)CAD系统水力计算与泵站设计两个模块的功能设置。分析了可进行数据交换的水力计算模块工作流程, 提出了泵房设计的四种设计方式, 实现了泵站设计高效性和灵活性的有机结合。

     

    Abstract: The function of modules of hydraulic computation and pump station design which are integrated in a CAD system developed for medium or-small-sized oil tank farm and filling station design is analyzed and set up in this paper. It is detailed to analyzed the workflow of hydraulic computation module which is favorable to data exchange, putting forward 4 kinds of design manners for pump station designing, i, e. design based on unit blocks, design based on pump station group, design based on typical technological process, design based on experience, which realize combination of high-efficiency and flexibility in pump station design.
