含蜡原油管道停输再启动的安全性问题

Cogitation on Safety Evaluation of Shutdown and Restart of Buried Waxy Crude Pipelines

  • 摘要: 总体评价了国内外埋地含蜡原油管道停输再启动的研究现状, 认为造成停输温降和启动压力的计算结果与实际存在偏差的主要原因是, 原油流变性、环境及管道运行工况等参数的不确定性、建立数学模型时的不合理假设和尚无法对原油的剪切历史和热历史效应进行定量描述。说明了运用确定性方法对含蜡原油管道停输再启动安全性进行评价的缺陷, 指出了停输再启动问题的难点所在, 提出了停输再启动安全性评价的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: The general comment is made on the research advance of shutdown and restart in buried waxy crude pipelines. The main reasons of the deviations between calculated result of temperature drop and restart pressure and measured ones are originated from the uncertainties of crude oil rheology, environmental and operating parameters, inappropriate assumptions of real conditions in developed mathematical models, and the lack of the quantitative description of the shear and thermal history effect on the waxy crude. The imperfection of evaluating the safety of shutdown and restart of buried waxy crude pipelines by decided method has been discussed. Moreover, the difficulties and challenges in studying shutdown and restart are pointed out. In addition, studies on evaluating the safety of shutdown and restart are also put forward.
