Optimizing Natural Gas Pipeline Operation

  • 摘要: 经验表明, 天然气在管路中流动时, 压缩机大约消耗管道所输气体的3%~5%来提供能量, 因此压缩机耗能巨大, 优化输气管道或管网的运行非常必要。论述了输气管道优化运行的国内外研究现状及建模所需要考虑的目标函数和约束条件, 讨论了几个常用的优化方法, 结合目前输气管道优化运行的发展趋势, 给出了具体意见和建议。

     

    Abstract: Flowing of natural gas in the pipeline needs the compressors to offer the energy to overcome the friction resistance of the pipeline. The empirical operation data indicate that the compressors consume about 3%~5% of the transported gas. This transportation cost is significant because the amount of gas being transported is huge. This makes the problem of minimization the fuel cost for the gas pipeline significantly important. This article reviews the current state of the art in optimization of pipeline operation and discusses how to choose the object function and considers constraint conditions to model the pipeline system. Finally, several ways to solve the problem are presented. Integrating the current development trend some ideas and suggestion are given.
